Privacy Policy for AI Stayclose

AI Stayclose (“AI Stayclose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an iOS creative app that turns your images into new images or short videos. This Policy explains what information is involved when you use the AI Stayclose app and any related pages or features we operate for those Services.

Please review this Policy carefully. Downloading, opening, or continuing to use AI Stayclose means you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

This Policy works together with our Terms of Service. Here, “personal information” means information that identifies you, or that can identify you when combined with other information we hold. It does not cover information that cannot reasonably identify you, or aggregate statistics about Service use after individual identifiers are removed. We may use and share aggregate or non-personal information without the limits described for personal information.

At a glance: Stayclose’s image-to-image and image-to-video pipeline runs on our own self-developed models and servers. Creative uploads are not processed by third-party AI generation vendors. Stayclose also does not collect facial data.

1. Overview of What We Handle

We collect only what we need to run Stayclose for iOS users, especially image-to-image and image-to-video creation.

You may give us information voluntarily—for example when you create an account, sign in, contact support, or upload media. With your permission, we may also access photos or videos from your device so you can generate content. Details appear in the sections below.

2. Account & Sign-In Information

2.1 Why sign-in exists

Some features (such as syncing or sharing where available) require you to sign in.

2.2 Third-party sign-in

If you create or access an account with Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported provider, we receive information those providers share with us—typically things like your name, email address, username, and related profile details you authorize during registration.

2.3 Retention of login records

Sign-in details we store are removed when you delete your AI Stayclose account.

2.4 Deleting your account

You may delete your account and related data yourself in the app, or ask our support team to do so. See Section 12.

3. Technical & Device Data

Using an iOS app on the internet naturally produces technical records. We collect the following categories:

3.1 Server logs

Our systems automatically record certain interactions with the Services (“log data”). Depending on the action, this may include navigation within the app, IP address, timestamps, device signals, and cookie-related data where applicable. We use log data to run the Services, protect security, keep performance stable, and improve the product.

3.2 Cookies and similar technologies

Where cookies or similar technologies are used (for example during certain web-based sign-in flows), they help us operate authentication and related functions. See Section 9.

We collect and may combine information about the iOS devices you use to access AI Stayclose, including device type/model and operating system version.

4. Uploads Processed on Self-Developed Models

4.1 Our generation stack

Stayclose’s image-to-image and image-to-video features are powered exclusively by AI we developed and host. We do not route your creative media through external AI generation APIs for inference, training, or storage controlled by those vendors.

4.2 Permissions you control

Core features require you to provide source images (and, where supported, related media) before generation. We will ask for album/library or file access as needed. You can revoke those permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4.3 How uploads travel

Generation needs a network connection and runs on our servers. Media you submit is sent over an encrypted channel. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / equivalent transport security to protect that transmission.

4.4 How long source media is kept

Uploaded images and videos are used only to produce the AI output you requested. When generation finishes, source media is deleted promptly and cannot be restored. We do not use your uploads to train AI models, and we do not provide those uploads to third-party platforms for their own use.

4.5 Generated results

Please save your outputs as soon as you can. After generation completes, results on our platform are automatically removed within 48 hours and cannot be recovered. If you lose outputs because you did not save them in time, that loss is your responsibility; AI Stayclose is not liable for it.

5. Facial Data — What We Do Not Collect

AI Stayclose’s position is simple: we do not collect facial data.

Uploads may still be handled as complete images or video frames solely to deliver the self-developed generation result you requested. That work is temporary, tied to your job, and governed by the deletion rules in Section 4. It is not a program to harvest or retain facial data.

6. Camera & Photo Library Access

Many creative features need access to your device camera and/or photo library. We access them only after you grant permission on iOS. You can change or withdraw permission later in system settings.

7. Advertising, Analytics & Service Providers

7.1 Who may receive information

Personal information and certain other data collected through the Services may be shared with companies that perform work for us (for example hosting, storage, or infrastructure support). We may also share log-style data (without exposing personal information as such) with partners that help us show relevant ads and market AI Stayclose. These partners are not third-party AI generators for your creative uploads.

8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

8.1 Why you may see a tracking prompt

On iOS, AI Stayclose may ask permission to “Allow Tracking” under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We request this only when integrated third-party services need the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)—for example to measure campaign performance, reduce fraud, or support personalized ads/content where applicable.

8.2 Your choice

You may tap Allow or Ask App Not to Track. Either choice still lets you use the app’s creative features.

Uses are limited to measuring ad performance, fraud prevention, install attribution, and improving marketing efficiency.

8.5 What we do not do with tracking data

We do not use tracking data to personally identify you as an individual in our own systems, and we do not build separate behavioral profiles of you from that data for our own profiling purposes. ATT is separate from facial data; we do not collect facial data.

8.6 Changing your mind

You can update the setting anytime: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Stayclose. Declining tracking does not lock you out of core image-to-image or image-to-video features.

9. Cookies (Third-Party Sign-In Only)

If you sign in with Google, you may be taken to a Google-hosted page. Google may set cookies or similar technologies to keep the login session and finish authentication. We do not use cookies ourselves for advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics inside that flow, and we do not read or store those Google cookies. Cookies in the Google sign-in process are controlled by Google and governed by Google’s policies. AI Stayclose does not use cookies to track you across other apps or websites.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access to and improper use of your information, and we update those measures as practices evolve. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If your account uses a password, keep it confidential and do not share it. If you suspect misuse or compromise, contact us right away.

11. Why We Use Information & When We Disclose It

We use personal information and service-related data to communicate with you (including support); process your requests and transactions; operate and improve the Services; personalize aspects of the experience where appropriate; support product and feature development; and carry out other purposes connected to running our business in line with this Policy.

We do not disclose personal information collected through the Services except when you (or someone legally authorized to act for you) consent; disclosure is required by applicable law or regulation; or disclosure is required by a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar lawful process from a court with jurisdiction.

We do not disclose images or videos you upload for generation to others unless you yourself share them (including generated results) through AI Stayclose or through a third-party service you choose.

12. Preferences, Opt-Out / Opt-In & Account Deletion

You can update account information or privacy-related preferences through the Services where those controls are available. To request account disablement or related help, email [email protected] for faster handling.

12.1 In-app deletion

You can delete your account from the About (or equivalent account) area in the iOS app. Deleting the account removes associated content and data tied to that account, subject to limited exceptions required by law or needed for security/fraud records where applicable.

12.2 Unlinking third-party logins

If you connected Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another provider, you can stop sharing future information by unlinking AI Stayclose in that provider’s settings. Unlinking alone does not erase data already stored in AI Stayclose; use in-app deletion or contact support for full removal.

12.3 Lost access

If you cannot reach your account, email [email protected] and ask us to delete the account and associated personal data.

13. Refunds (Apple In-App Purchases)

AI Stayclose is distributed via the Apple App Store. For in-app purchase refunds:

  1. Confirm whether your purchase may be eligible under Apple’s rules before opening a refund request.
  2. Refund decisions follow Apple’s App Store in-app purchase refund policies and standard processes (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com, the Apple Support app/site, or Apple’s support phone lines).

We do not override Apple’s refund determination for App Store purchases.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes we believe materially affect your rights, we will post the updated Policy where we make AI Stayclose policies available. Please review this Policy periodically when you use the Services.

15. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including in the EEA/UK and other regions with similar laws), you may have the right to request a copy of personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; receive personal data you provided to us for a contract or with consent in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and ask us to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible; and object to certain processing (especially where we rely on legitimate interests, or for direct marketing).

These rights may be limited—for example if fulfilling a request would reveal another person’s data, or if we must keep information for legal reasons or compelling legitimate interests.

To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. If you have unresolved concerns, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe a problem occurred.

16. Children’s Privacy

If you are a minor, you should use AI Stayclose only with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. We encourage guardians to read this Policy, and minors to seek guidance before submitting personal information.

AI Stayclose respects children’s privacy under COPPA. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13, or knowingly allow such persons to register. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it as promptly as reasonably possible.
